Josh on maintenance is amazing! He always The job done and in a timely manner. He is very appreciated for the hard work he does! Even though he is always super busy he always maintains a professional fun attitude and has a smile intact! Grateful to have a maintenance man who cares about the issues and does his best to correct them as quickly as possible! He has clear communication when he needs to come and go and what's going on with parts or timelines! Thank you Josh!

Josh and derek on the maintenance team came by today to replace my dryer and they did an excellent job replacing it. They were fast, clean, and super friendly and that has been my experience with them anytime I've had the chance to talk to them. They did a great job making something that could have felt like a hassle into a relaxed and easy interaction, always appreciate their help!

I've lived in this apartment complex managed by James Hendon for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. James is incredibly professional, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that his residents are well taken care of. He's quick to address any concerns and makes sure that the community feels safe and heard. Additionally, Josh, the maintenance guy, deserves a special mention. He's incredibly friendly, skilled, and efficient at fixing any issues that arise. Whether it's a leaky faucet, a broken dryer, or a more complex repair; Josh is always prompt and ensures that everything is working perfectly when he leaves. The apartment property itself is well maintained and clean, with beautiful landscaping and amenities that are kept in great condition. A lovely pool on a hot day, a nicely stocked gym, doggy parks, and cute little courtyard. You may even be so lucky to have little bird neighbours above your door, like I am! 😍🐦 The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, movie theater, and the freeway! Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed place to call home. I'm glad I renewed my lease here. Thanks to James and Josh, living here has been a very nice experience!
