If you want somewhere to fell comfortable, heard by staff, affordable, has a pool, and a dog park? Well bam this is the place. Amy and lily are the sweetest managers, very quick, detailed, and actually listen to you. Maintenance is extremely quick, he is so kind, explains what he had done or doing, and just such a kind man. We are very happy to be here. We came from what people say is the "upper class arra" It's not worth the money! Her you are not spoken to like a robot or ignored. They don't make you feel like you are only a check! I would give this place and the staff 100 stars if I could!

Amy has been so amazing with move in and made it so quick and easy! Lilly was absolutely amazing as well! They both are so sweet! The maintenance man (didn't catch his name) is so sweet. He is super quick and even showed up minutes before the office open when my washing machine didn't work. I have to say hands down so far the staff is amazing! They alone deserve five stars each! We came from 192nd area (which is supposed to be super nice. Not worth the cost) the move in here has made up for all the hell we endured at our last place. A huge thank you to the managers and maintenance here!

I have just now lived here for a year and I have seen the complex improve greatly with the current staff. Lily did my move in and has always been helpful any time I have called. Chris really seems to be the right leader and has clearly turned the office around from the previous management. I believe this team including Amy, goes above and beyond to make residents happy. The maintenance team is very fast. The complex is very quiet and I feel safe here. I would recommend living here.

I live In these apartments and I I recommend these apartments especially because of the management. Lily is the number one go-getter she goes above and beyond and she’s just a happy face all the time maintenance gets to their request within like a day or two, which is really nice. You don’t have to wait a week and maintenance man is very very nice. I appreciate seeing happy faces and the property is not bad at all. They have dog parks and swimming pools and workout rooms and I especially like the manager Lily. She is so easy to get along with. She is a number one I give her five stars.

I have lived here for 8 months now, and have found that the management here is incredible! Huge shout out to Lily, the assistant manager. From my first phone call through my moving in and even now, she's been a huge help! She's very friendly, knowledgeable, and acts quickly if you have an issue. The maintenance crew is wonderful and comes very quickly if you have a problem in your apartment.

Josh and Derek from the maintenance team recently came by to replace the dryer in my unit and did a fantastic job. They were fast, friendly, and professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Every time I’ve had the chance to interact with them, it’s been a great experience!

Lily is literally one of the best agents I've worked with in over 20 years! She is on top of her game; I've asked for a few things in the 1 week I've been here and they've been completed same day. This gal deserves a raise! Thank you, Lily, for making this new move in a breeze.
