I've lived in this apartment complex managed by James Hendon for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. James is incredibly professional, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that his residents are well taken care of. He's quick to address any concerns and makes sure that the community feels safe and heard. Additionally, Josh, the maintenance guy, deserves a special mention. He's incredibly friendly, skilled, and efficient at fixing any issues that arise. Whether it's a leaky faucet, a broken dryer, or a more complex repair; Josh is always prompt and ensures that everything is working perfectly when he leaves. The apartment property itself is well maintained and clean, with beautiful landscaping and amenities that are kept in great condition. A lovely pool on a hot day, a nicely stocked gym, doggy parks, and cute little courtyard. You may even be so lucky to have little bird neighbours above your door, like I am! 😍🐦 The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, movie theater, and the freeway! Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed place to call home. I'm glad I renewed my lease here. Thanks to James and Josh, living here has been a very nice experience!

I just want to thank James for doing his best in helping out in every way possible. James is caring and understanding. When James is aware of a situation he makes sure it is taken care of to this best way possible. Maintenance and the rest of the Portola Bridge Creek Staff does a great job as well thank you for all that everyone does.

I have to say that Sara went above and beyond her duty to help with our apartment! Sara ended up helping with a ceiling fan that was broken. She took it apart and cleaned it - made it look brand new! She didn't stop there! She also took apart our dryer, literally, cleaned it out from the inside and then blew it out so it would dry faster. I wish all apartment complexes had her and her work ethic. Thank you so much Sara for all of your hard work and kindness -- you are an real asset to this facility! :) James, Celena & Lorna are equally awesome! Thanks guys!

I am a bridge creek resident and had recently contacted the maintenance team about service on our closet door. After leaving a message, the maintenance team showed up within 20 minutes to fix the door and took care of it within minutes, too. I am so impressed!!! I’ve never rented in a complex where there has been this level of service. Thank you so much!!
