APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Vancouver

We have lived here several months now. Other than a few small issues, normal living in a large complex, we have had a great experience. Office staff is always quick to respond, the apartment is in great shape and we love the area. We definitely recommend!

Staff is great

The maintenance men here are super friendly and always helpful! I had my dryer break and they were on top of it for fixing it (and then the time came replacing it) and very nice the whole time! :))

when I was down and out and thought I would never have hope again I called one more place to see if anyone would help, then I got this voice on the phone that was so nice and kind and willing to work with me every which way possible her name is Charlette she is the one and everybody else that's in the front office that made it happen for me and my husband to find a home to live in again as you look at the website it will explain it all these are wonder kind people here to me and Charlette you make me so happy again to find that there is still wonderful people out there willing to go up and over to help them out just to get into a place to live and back on their feet again, but to the complainers that have written in saying this place is bad "ITS AN APARTMENT" nobody is perfect but I know patience is a virtue and it does come true if you just let it happen, Charlette you will always have a warm heart from me if you need anything I'm there to make sure I help you

I'm a housing navigator and recently worked with this complex to place a family. Charlotte and Adrienne were both incredibly helpful and made every step of the process as easy as possible. The family is incredibly happy with their new home!

Our electricity went out 2 days before Christmas and we went to the maintenance guys and they were at our apartment with in an hour. They were fast to fix the problem. We never have any issues getting help from them. There always pleasant and helpful.

Just moved here a couple of weeks ago. The apartment complex is rather nice and has many local amenities nearby. We also really like the fact that it’s just under a five minute drive from the I-205. I’d like to give Charlotte a big thank you for being so helpful with our move, she is courteous, profesional and always responds in a timely manner. I’d also like to give a shout out to Kyle. You can always find him with a smile on his face and ready to help. Always helpful and insightful when it comes to issues or concerns with maintenance.

Rented us a filthy, nasty, moldy, dirty apt. Inside smokers everywhere. Obnoxious neighbors. So glad we got out. We have beautiful modern townhouse for only couple hundred more a month. 4 bedroom, three baths, garage, Quiet neighborhood. No crime. Front, back yards.

Moved in last Friday and there was a couple minor issues but the maintenance came and fixed any problems the same day I called them. The management was very welcoming and very helpful with the whole move in process, and continues to follow up on how things are going. I would recommend this complex

I just wanted to say Thank You for having the best maintenance team I've ever encountered. They're always so polite and accommodating. I've had two issues with my washing machine and the response time was next day service. Service always with a smile too. One other issue was the apartment above me had a broken pipe that came through my kitchen light and flooded my kitchen. They responded within minutes and again couldn't have been more accommodating. He even offered to clean the mess it made.
